Tectonic Energy Consulting Inc. offers consulting services to verify your organization’s compliance with OHS Laws. Our audit reports will provide your organization with a clear picture of its current level of OH&S legislative compliance, and identify areas where improvements are required. Our methodology is aimed at helping your organization reduce the risk of workplace incidents, lower workers’ compensation costs, and avoid regulatory and criminal prosecutions.

Comprises of two phases of evaluation, Phase 1 of our Gap Analysis will focus on verifying the organization’s compliance with legal requirements in order to reduce legal liability:

Phase 2
This in-depth review addresses your organization’s level of compliance with the sector specific regulation applicable to the workplace. Delving beyond provincial acts and regulations (the basis of Phase 1), the review compares your company’s standards against:

– COR & PIR accreditation
